The Kettle Lake Ranch
The property, located just outside of Priddis, is known as Kettle Lake Ranch and is a 15-minute drive from the edge of Calgary.

By comparison, Calgary’s most expensive home — based on the city’s estimated market property values as of July 2013 — is a $17.9-million Pumphill property.
